Ruobin is a Registered Dietitian conducting research in both nutrition and mental health.
Ruobin's primary research interests center around obesity prevention. Utilizing her background in clinical dietetics and nutrition research, Ruobin is actively involved in several literature review projects targeting weight management. In her recent work, Ruobin looked at dietary compliance in weight loss trials.
Besides working directly in nutrition research, Ruobin is exploring the intersection between nutrition and mental health and has been developing her expertise in psychology through her role as a Clinical Research Coordinator at the Massachusetts General Hospital's Cystic Fibrosis Center, where she is involved in various research projects that aim to improve the mental wellbeing of people with Cystic Fibrosis.
Ruobin holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences-Dietetics (University of California, Berkeley) and a Master of Public Health degree in Nutrition (Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health).
