I hold a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and a Master of Science in Biotechnology Processes. My academic journey has been driven by a deep-seated passion for exploring how dietary choices can significantly impact overall well-being. I have academic experience in research in different topics like cardiovascular health, microbiota, HIV, and food engineering.
My interest lies in creating foods that are not only healthier but also delicious and sustainable. I am passionate of functional foods and I would like to work in this area in further projects. My goal is to contribute to the development of food products that are nutritious, appealing, and environmentally friendly.
