I am an assistant professor at Rutgers University, Department of Clinical and Preventive Nutrition Sciences. I teach graduate-level nutrition courses, and mentor masters and doctoral of clinical nutrition students as they work on their research theses. I have conducted research in both clinical and observational (nutritional epidemiology) settings assessing the role of dietary factors in the etiology and prevention of cancer and cardiovascular diseases.
