Hello, my name is Hsiao-Chun Wang, and I am excited to be part of this academic conference. I am a Ph.D. student at Texas Tech University, pursuing a major in Nutritional Sciences with a specialization in community nutrition, complemented by a minor in Animal and Food Sciences. I completed my Bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer Sciences with a major in Nutrition and Food Dietetic Concentration at Texas State University. During my undergraduate studies, I developed a passion for research through the impactful community work I conducted with underserved populations. This conference marks my first opportunity to present my research findings, and I am eager to share my insights with fellow scholars and professionals. My research revolves around improving community nutrition practices and addressing food security challenges. I believe that by fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing, we can make significant strides in addressing nutrition disparities. I am enthusiastic about engaging in meaningful discussions and networking opportunities during this conference. Thank you for the opportunity, and I look forward to our fruitful interactions.
