Alyce D Fly, PhD, CFS is a professor and chairs the Department of Nutrition and Health Science at Ball State University. Prior to her journey to Ball State University she served as a faculty member at Indiana University for 29 years and retired as Professor Emeritus in 2020. At Ball State she is developing a laboratory in the new Health Professions building to conduct clinical feeding trials with biomarker sampling and analysis to study how foods and diet ingredients can be utilized to optimize human health. Currently she chairs the Community and Public Health Nutrition RIS/GEM of ASN.
