Ana Rohde has graduated with a B.S. in Nutritional Sciences and Dietetics and is now pursuing a B.S. in Nursing. In the fall of 2022, she joined the Nutrigenomics, Inflammation & Obesity Research Lab (NIOR); under the mentorship of Dr. Naima Moustaid-Moussa. Ana is currently assisting on a USDA project focusing on the interactive effects of tart cherry anthocyanins and omega-3 fatty acids on diet-induced and genetically obese mice. She is pursuing nursing to continue her education, broaden her opportunities, and increase nutrition outreach in health care.
