Sr. Nutrition Scientist

I am currently a Sr. Nutrition Scientist at General Mills where I leverage and conduct research to support our brands. I also serve in elected leadership positions such as Vice-Chair of the Cognitive Health Committee (Institute for Advancement of Food and Nutrition Sciences) and Strategic Industry Chair of the Early Career Network (American Society for Nutrition). I earned my PhD in nutrition from The Ohio State University in 2018 and my BS in dietetics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2013. In my volunteer time, my passion is helping students and post-docs learn about nutrition industry careers.
