As a clinical research dietitian at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, Francesca focuses on providing whole food, plant-based diet interventions (NUTRIVENTION) to patients within the Myeloma Service with Dr. Urvi Shah. Her special interests include the impact of dietary choices on both cancer prevention and progression, gastrointestinal microbiome, and evidence-based clinical care. She earned her master’s in nutrition and exercise physiology at Teachers College, Columbia University, and her bachelor’s in biomedical science at the University of Central Florida.
