Rochelle is a Registered Dietitian experienced in nutrition assessment of women, infants, and children, globally. She researches the etiology of anemia across the lifecycle and the effect of food-based interventions in low-and-middle income countries. Rochelle is experienced in teaching clinical nutrition students, collaborating with health care providers and researchers from other disciplines and institutions, and providing organizational leadership of nutrition programs.
