Prince Osei is a doctoral student at the Department of Nutritional Sciences, University of Georgia. My research area is focused on innovative passive technologies for dietary assessment as a replacement for traditional dietary assessment methods like the 24-hour recall, weighed food, food frequency questionnaire, etc. I'm part of a team that is conducting a field validation study with two innovative technologies for dietary assessment in LMICs. This study aims to assess the validity of AIM-2 and e-Button devices for dietary assessment by comparing their accuracy levels to a gold standard method.
