Her postdoctoral work involved creating and evaluating new mobile apps that leverage persuasive technology and artificial intelligence, supported by her Multiple Sclerosis Australia Postdoctoral Fellowship. These tools provide personalised, evidence-based food guidance to help individuals self-manage their chronic conditions and have received national recognition.
