Ashlea Braun, PhD, RD is an Assistant Professor in the TSET Health Promotion Research Center (HPRC), Stephenson Cancer Center, and Hudson College of Public Health, Department of Health Promotion Sciences at University of Oklahoma Health Sciences. Her research focuses on the design, delivery, and evaluation of lifestyle interventions that combine behavior change techniques, including motivational interviewing, with modification of specific dietary constituents, including dietary fiber to promote cancer prevention and control. She has received funding from the United States Department of Agriculture, Oklahoma Center for the Advancement of Science and Technology, and the TSET HPRC. Her work has been acknowledged by the American Society for Nutrition, Society for Nutrition Education and Behavior, and Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
