My research focuses on Health Economics, particularly through quantitative analysis, social network analysis and agent-based modelling applied to health systems, food systems, economic evaluation of programs, health technology assessment, and analysis of socioeconomic inequalities in health. The results of my research support evidence-based decision making processes in public policies, informing public managers on dimensions referring to efficiency, effectiveness, efficacy, and equity for health promotion at population level.
