Jacob Korir is a Food and Nutrition Security Specialist and PhD Candidate at the Nutritional Sciences Department at Texas Tech University, where he also serves as a Graduate Part-Time Instructor. His research in the Community Nutrition and Health Interventions Lab (CNHI) examines the status and drivers of Multisectoral Nutrition Governance (MNG) for improved nutrition outcomes in developing countries. He has already published two research articles in his areas of study. Jacob has worked as an international nutrition consultant, technical advisor, and program manager for over 12 years across more than 10 countries. His expertise includes program design, system strengthening, policy and governance review, and advocacy among others.
