My name is Ushima Chowdhury and I am a research assistant for the BMINDs Research team. We are studying the relation between food insecurity and various neurobehaviors, such as perceived stress, self-esteem, sleep, etc. We are currently awaiting publication for the journal: Nutrition and Health for our research comparing the Mediterranean diet and Western diet.
