Zheng Hao Chen received his BSc in Food Science from the University of Guelph. He is currently a PhD student in the Department of Nutritional Sciences at the University of Toronto, supervised by Dr. Kozeta Miliku. His thesis focuses on early childhood diet, cardiovascular outcomes, and puberty development. Zheng Hao is interested in understanding how childhood dietary patterns and ultra-processed food intake influence cardiometabolic health in later life.
