Shuyi Li is a PhD candidate in Medical Sciences at the Department of Medicine and Therapeutics, The Chinese University of Hong Kong. She completed her undergraduate and master’s degrees at the School of Public Health, Sun Yat-sen University. Her research explores the associations between dietary factors and age-related diseases, as well as the role of dietary interventions in promoting healthy aging. Shuyi’s work contributes to understanding nutrition’s impact on longevity and quality of life.
