Join us as we review emerging nutritional and health benefits of under-consumed, fiber-rich dietary components including whole grains and legumes. Research presented will include both population-based observational studies as well as randomized controlled trials. The primary focus from a health benefit perspective will be new research on cardiometabolic, microbiome and mental health outcomes. The program will also explore the benefits of consuming a diverse diet rich in whole grains, fiber, and legumes and how dietary diversity can help meet nutrient needs and improve health endpoints.
Food & beverage provided. Seating is limited. First come, first served.
