Join us for this exciting educational program! Make sure to grab dinner beforehand, as no food or drinks will be served.
Nutritional sciences have developed from identifying essential nutrients and their effects on health to studying effects of dietary pattern on health. In this program, we will delve into current evidence related to health impacts from single nutrients to diets. As digital tools are widely used across many parts of daily live, they become also more commonly used for dietary and meal advice. Evidence on how digital tools can be developed and used to support guidance towards healthy diets will be shared. Finally, we will summarize how the gut microbiome may influence our diets, and vice versa how diets impact the microbiome.
