Dr Aditi works as senior medical scientist and public health researcher with Vadu rural health program of KEM Hospital Research Centre, Pune, a non-profit organisation working in Public health. She has about 17 years of experience of working in the field of clinical research and public health.
Dr Aditi has completed her MBBS as well as MD in Pharmacology from the prestigious Seth GS Medical College and KEM Hospital, Mumbai in 2008. She has completed her PhD from IIT Bombay in the area of nanomedicine in 2022. Her areas of interest include anemia, maternal and child health, vaccines and bioethics. She has keen interest in translating new technologies in the field of anemia to public health sector. Her work at KEMHRC involves evaluation of public health interventions through community-based studies in rural population in collaboration with several national and international funding bodies and government organisations.
She has authored 30 publications in national and international journal and is an academic editor of Plos Global Public health. She is a member of IEC of National Institute of Virology, Pune and is part of national task force on anemia constituted by ICMR. She has been selected as a part of Women Lift Health Indian cohort 2023, a prestigious cohort of women leaders in India.
