Anca-Maria Cunningham is a dietitian registered with the Commission on Dietetic Registration since 2011. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and a Master’s in Nutrition Education from San Francisco State University. She is currently enrolled in the Doctorate in Clinical Nutrition at Rutgers University, and her current interest is to explore the relationship between the consumption of antioxidants and biomarkers of inflammation. She has delivered medical nutrition therapy in a variety of settings and is currently working in an outpatient clinical center, serving a diverse adult population with a wide range of conditions.
