Emma Schluter earned a MS in Food and Nutrition Policies and Programs from the Gerald J. and Dorothy R. Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy at Tufts University, in addition to a Master of Public Health in Biostatisitcs and Epidemiology from the Tufts University School of Medicine in May 2024. She currently works as a research assistant at the Jean Mayer USDA Human Nutrition Research Center on Aging at Tufts University and the Friedman School with the Jordan Nutrition Innovation Lab. Her MPH Applied Learning Experience explored the dietary quality of older adults. Other topics her research has covered include food insecurity, mental health, disability.
