Dr. Falbe’s research focuses on food policy interventions for preventing chronic diseases and addressing health disparities. Dr. Falbe's current work includes developing and evaluating: healthy retail policies, sugar and sodium warning labels, interventions that co-benefit health and environmental sustainability, expanding water access, excise taxes on sugar-sweetened beverages, food marketing, and communication campaigns.
