LT Kristin Marks, PhD, MPH is an Epidemiologist with CDC’s Maternal, Infant, and Toddler Nutrition team in the Division of Nutrition, Physical Activity, and Obesity. LT Marks serves as a Scientist officer in the United States Public Health Service. She received her graduate training at Emory University in Epidemiology and is a recent alumna of CDC’s Epidemic Intelligence Service. LT Marks leads CDC’s national survey of Maternity Practices in Infant Nutrition and Care (mPINC), which assesses maternity care practices supportive of breastfeeding.
