I am a rising third-year Pre-Medical, Neuroscience, and Business Administration honors undergraduate student at the University of South Carolina. In the past year, I have worked with a doctoral student on a scoping review of current methods for evaluating subjective consumer experiences of food safety. The review aims to determine which underlying constructs have been assessed related to subjective food safety experiences. Attending ASN Nutrition 2024 will allow me to broaden my understanding of the interplay between nutrition and health.
