Join us to review key questions about the physiological importance of hydration, water consumption, and total body water balance and the relationships with overall health and well-being. Leading experts in the field of hydration physiology will cover the topics of current recommendations for daily water intake, the physiological differences between dehydration and underhydration, water intake during exercise, how low water intake affects kidney function, the risk multiplier of climate change related to water intake, water consumption through the lifespan, and how water consumption may influence mood. This interactive session will help those who already understand the importance of hydration add to their understanding of the “what”, “how”, and “why” that is true.
